1月28日消息，据国外媒体报道，微软前员工克里斯·格林(Chris Green)日前在MSDN博客中透露，微软下一代操作系统Windows 8主流支持服务将始于2011年7月1日。

　　尽管Windows 7上市后不久，微软就着手开发Windows 8，但有关Windows 8发布日期问题，这还是首次公开。

　　据格林提供的信息显示，Office 2012的主流支持服务将始于2012年7月2日。
